About Us

Image Compress is a free online tool that helps website owners, bloggers, designers and everyday users make their images smaller without ruining quality.

Our mission

Large images slow down websites, fill up storage and are hard to email. We built Image Compress to be fast, simple and private, so anyone can optimise images in seconds.

Privacy by design

Images you choose from your device are compressed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. If you use the From URL option, the image is loaded only temporarily so it can be compressed, and it is not stored.
